Shipping policy

All international orders are shipped with UPS. Estimated delivery time are 3-5 days within Europe and 4-10 days for the rest of the world.

All orders in Sweden are shipped with Postnord.

Orders are shipped during our weekday opening hours, Tuesday - Friday. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day and dispatched within 12 hours. 

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order at any time on UPS or Postnord.

In the event that a sold-out item has been purchased or a product has been listed at the incorrect price or listed with incorrect descriptive information or image due to a typographical error or similar genuine mistake, JUS reserves the right to cancel the transaction. You will be notified via e-mail as soon as possible and offered either a suitable replacement or a full refund.

We also offer In-Store Pickup or same day courier service as an option for our local customers. Select In-Store Pickup at Checkout. Once you have received a confirmation that the order is ready bring a photo ID to the store to pick up your order.
