Shipping policy

All international orders are shipped with UPS.Estimated delivery time are 3-5 days within Europe and 4-10 days for the rest of the world.

 All orders in Sweden are shipped with Postnord.

Orders are shipped during our weekday opening hours, Tuesday - Friday, orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day and dispatched within12 hours.

In case of delay to the processing or dispatching times, you will be notified by email.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order at any time on UPS or Postnord.

In the event that a sold-out item has been purchased or a product has been listed at the incorrect price or listed with incorrect descriptive information or image due to a typographical error or similar genuine mistake, JUS reserves the right to cancel the transaction. You will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered either a suitable replacement or a full refund.

We also offer In-Store Pickup or same day currier service as an option for our local customers. Select In-Store Pickup at Checkout. Once you have received a confirmation that the order is ready bring a photo ID to the store to pick up your order.
